Helping Individuals to Overcome
Chemical Dependency

New Vision Society is a licensed facility, registered with the Assisted Living Program.

We have a team of compassionate and certified professionals that have made it our vocation to work with people who have a chemical dependency. On staff, we have a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor. Our goal is to teach our residents the tools needed to reintegrate back into society as positive and productive members.

As per Assisted Living regulations, our homes are monitored and staffed 24 hours a day. We work closely with Probation Officers, Bail Supervisors, and the local Police Department. We report all infractions and breaches immediately to the local Police Department and Probation Officers.

We accept self-referrals, Conditional Sentence Orders, Bail orders, and the Electronic Monitoring Program.

Our program is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the 12 Step Program. We pay emphasis on Unresolved grief and loss, Anger Management, Boundary Issues, Codependency Issues, and Relapse Prevention. There is no minimum stay at New Vision.

Please note that new intakes who are detoxing or appear under the influence of drugs and or alcohol during pick up from Jails or Pretrial Centres are deemed inadmissible, and as such their Bed Confirmation will be revoked.
